I came to Katarina because nothing that my two doctors had offered relieved a problem I had in my throat and tongue. After a couple sessions I had complete relief from what I think was a fungal infection from inhaled cortisteroids. This worked so well I sought treatment for sciatica. Katerina kept my condition from advancing and offered me much less pain between visits. Her manner and technique are soothing and each visit was a healing experience.
I have had multiple strokes and recently I started having recurring stroke-like symptoms. So my neurologist referred me to Katarina. So I started going and the results have been marvelous.
I haven’t had the stroke like symptoms since I began treatment with Katarina, it honestly has changed my life. Plus, she makes the acupuncture process as painless as possible. I highly recommend Katarina!

First time experiencing Acupuncture and in just a few weeks it has worked wonders on a shoulder problem that I had been trying to address for a very long time. Katarina is very professional and even with all of the covid issues I felt very comfortable being in the office and getting treatments. I would recommend Katarina to anyone

- Food can reduce risk (primary prevention).
- Food can support treatment alongside medical care (adjunct therapy).
- Food can change symptoms by affecting inflammation, blood pressure, lipids, glucose, the gut microbiome, and even brain signaling.
It won’t replace necessary medications or procedures. But in many cases, it can meaningfully shift the trajectory of health and sometimes quickly. continue reading
