Katarina was referred to my by a nurse friend and I highly recommend her.  She was very informative, punctual (no pun intended) and there was no sales pressure to make me continue if I felt that I had enough.  She indicated after about 5 visits (I went twice a week) that I was feeling so much better we could cut back to 5 visits (once a week) and that did it.
