Katarina was referred to my by a nurse friend and I highly recommend her. She was very informative, punctual (no pun intended) and there was no sales pressure to make me continue if I felt that I had enough. She indicated after about 5 visits (I went twice a week) that I was feeling so much better we could cut back to 5 visits (once a week) and that did it. I had bad Shingles pain that seemed to improve with meds for 2 weeks. But then the next 2 weeks of meds did not improve at all. I thought why not try acupuncture for the first time ever. I really got relief after the 3rd visit. It may not work for everyone, but it did for me.
